Clients are responsible for reading and agreeing to the Terms of Service before using our services.

Payment & Pricing

  • All payments must be made upfront before any work begins. Partial payments may be considered for larger projects at our discretion.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time. However, once a payment is made, the agreed-upon price at the time of purchase will be honored.

  • If a payment is made by mistake, you must notify us immediately before any work begins to be eligible for a refund.
  • Any additional work or major revisions outside the agreed-upon scope may require extra payment.

Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • The estimated turnaround time for orders is 24 hours additional information will be communicated before payment. Standard delivery time may vary based on workload, complexity, and order queue.
  • Urgent or priority orders may be available for an additional fee. Please discuss this before placing an order.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, personal emergencies). In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Once the final design is delivered, you are responsible for downloading and storing the files. We do not guarantee long-term storage of completed work.
  • If you fail to respond within [2 days] after we request necessary details for your order, the order may be delayed or canceled without a refund.
  • We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to insufficient details or late responses from the client.

Refund Policy

  • If you are deemed eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances, the amount will only be issued as store credit—no direct payment refunds will be provided.
  • Refund requests due to personal reasons, change of mind, or dissatisfaction will not be accepted. We offer revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate blacklist from our services. We will take necessary actions to dispute fraudulent claims.

  • If we fail to deliver your order after missing three consecutive agreed deadlines, you will be eligible for a refund in store credit only.
  • Once payment is made, you are committed to the order and cannot request a refund for any reason.

Communication & Support

  • Our response time may vary depending on workload, but we strive to reply within [12 hours/1 day ]. Please be patient, as spamming messages may result in delays.
  • We expect respectful and professional communication. Any form of harassment, disrespect, or excessive demands may result in cancellation of service without and refund and potential blacklisting.
  • We are not responsible for miscommunication due to unclear instructions from the client. Please provide detailed and clear requirements to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
  • public complaints, false accusations, or defamation against our services or staff (such as making negative claims without attempting to resolve the issue privately) may result in the following actions:
  • If the client continues after two warnings, their order will be canceled with no refund or store credit.A permanent ban or kick from our server, restricting future purchases.If false accusations are severe or damaging, we may take necessary actions to defend our reputation, including reporting misleading claims.

Service Limitations & Liability

  • Once the final design is delivered, our responsibility ends. Any modifications or misuse of the design after delivery are the client's responsibility.
  • We do not guarantee exclusivity of design elements unless specifically agreed upon. Some assets (e.g., fonts, stock images, animations, backgrounds ) may be used in multiple projects. If you require a fully custom and exclusive design, this must be discussed before purchase.
  • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, emergencies) prevent us from completing your order, we will communicate with you and offer a suitable resolution based on our policies.

Changes to Terms ( Rare)

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
